Be a good worker. Be beautiful. Be nice. Be perfect. Often the workday life hinder us to include a healthy lifestyle. We skip breakfast because we have to hurry to get to work. We eat fast food with our colleagues during our lunch breaks and something on the go for dinner. To improve eating behavior, I decided to develop an easy system that enables you to eat healthy whenever you‘d like.
Fasting cures helps you to detoxify your body. Solid meals will be replaced with soup, tea and juice for a certain period of time. The idea is to replace unhealthy meals that go hand-in-hand with a lack of time with simple and healthy soups.
